Fix. monster: I think you should specify when you pay 1000 LP for the special summon (when this card is summoned? during your main phase? something...) Monster"This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "The lesson of pain". Once per turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard."
