here are my improved version of "Blast Magician"

 

 

[spoiler=card lore] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card only can be Special Summoned by Removing from play 1 "Blast Magician" and 2 FIRE monster on your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned succesfully place 5 counter on this card.Once per turn you can Tribute 1 FIRE monster you control to place 1 counter on this card. By removing any number of counter on this card destroy 1 monster on the field which ATK is equal or lower than number of counter removed x 1000. If this card is destroyed by result of battle when have a counter. Remove all counter on this card, Destroy number of card on the field equal than number of counter removed when this card is destroyed. After the effect resolved this card is Removed from play.
