Wow; this is a hard question to ask...

Lately I've been bored out of my mind. The truth is, about 2 weeks ago, I started a drug called "LSD." But recently (4 days ago) I read some stuff about the effects that LSD can have on your mind and stuff. So I decided that I should stop doing it.

But now whenever I have a normal life problem (not big ones, just normal ones) I'll want LSD and get pissed because I don't have any.

I'm starting to fail my English class and I think I'm going to end up funking up high school if I don't either get some LSD or find a rational way to quit. Or a substitute of some sort.

Any help?

(This isn't a self-centered thread really. I'm just seriously looking for some advice.)

Eh.

I'll try to find something more helpful later; but as for some on-the-spot advice, I'd say increase your reliance on an easier to quit substance?

It's what I'd do, I guess.

WaitWaitWait.

You just enjoy it?

Most males enjoy masturbating; but find the inner-discipline to quit. At least, for a while.

What gives? =/.

These say otherwise.

LSD =/= Narcotic

Narcotic = Addictive

Science says otherwise.

Sounds like to me that your addicted, drug addictions are hard to break. I'd suggest seeing professional help if you really want to break your addiction.

Goodness gracious.

Go to some rehabilitation center' date=' declare yourself a drug dependent, and be rehabilitated.

[/quote']

That's the thing. I'm not addicted.

I just enjoy it :/

Lol, Same thing.

Get help.

Your right, there something called craving and something called addiction and your in addiction, not far in there but nonetheless you are. I can want a piece of chocolate and keep thinking of it but in the end I'm not gonna get distracted because of wanting it, I might be able to wait. You can't ;D

Wait, you seriously took LSD?

one moment please...

LOL  LOL >.<

ok, now

Whenever, anyone, tries to kick a drug, of course its going to be hard at first, and of course there is going to be some negative side effects.

My suggestion to you, give your self another security blanket. LSD was your security blanket, now find a new one. i.e. Gum, music, tic-tacs.

Something to relate the feeling of not having LSD, to another object.

so, when you get the urge of wanting LSD, but not having it. Chew some gum, or drink a glass of water.

Pretty soon, the feeling of anger becuase you dont have LSD, will be gone, and or less noticeable, that way you can get back to being able to do your work.

Try associating LSD with pain or some other form of physical discomfort. Like everytime you think about it smash your hand in a door or something (I know this is a bit rash but it is painfull). Eventually, your body will reject the cravings through its natural survival mechanism. You have to be devoted to this, though, but it is a surefire way. I did the same thing and it works. ^_^

Starting leads to craving...

Craving leads to addiction...

Addiction...leads to suffering..

Addiction is a start down the path to the Dark Side, young padawan. You must learn to control your feelings if you wish to ever be free from the cravings of LSD.

A suggestion, I have to you. Go to the center of rehabilitation, there you will unconver the guidence that you require.
