Pushchairs & Prams: My Rant

Before I begin, I understand all of you are thinking "WTF? James is about to talk about Baby Prams?" Well to be honest I have had the worst afternoon in my Life regarding this. Allow me to continue (Down Raven!)

London Transport recently decided to redesign thier Buses slightly to help with more Seated Passengers. In doing that they have made life a Living Hell for people who own a Pushchair or Pram.

Before it wasn't too much of a Problem you could get 1 or 2 on a Bus easily. Now we have to put up with Moany Mothers forcing their way onto Buses to take their Damn Children around. Oh and they hurl all kinds of Abuse Know what I got today? "You should respect Mothers!" Oh I would, except around 80% of the time they are Immigrants from another Country (Usually Bangladesh or Iraq I mean no Racist Comments) and to leech off of OUR Goverment, they learn that they can claim Child Support. I've seen Families of a round 20 Kids in a Fried Chicken shop once. Anyway.... They also usually buy the cheapest Pram they can find, often Twice the size of the standard one. This makes the other commuters (Incoluding myself) very anxious to even use the Buses.

The however IS a really easy Solution. Every Mum or Dad should have a Baby Harness for their Children.

Notice how comfortable the Baby is? This also allows more 1 to 1 with Baby and Parent. This also encourages passengers to happily give up their Seats. One more Rant I would like to add, as a Londoner I am embarrased sometimes, The Transportation network is a Joke (The London Underground is a little more bearable)

I am sometimes Ashamed to call myself British.... Something needs to be done regarding Transport NOW! We host the Olympics in 2012 and the Transport system is likely to go into Meltdown.

What Atair said. Why do they think that they have the right to demand respect like that? Respect is earned by first paying it yourself...

Off Topic: Exactly, otherwise known as Flaming in internet ways.

On Topic: That really sucks, but my parents are always telling me to give up a seat for other people who need it, when I say, "Though s*** for them, I don't know them, so why should I give up some room?". I hate Mothers with little Babies these days that have the strollers, but the ones with the Harnesses, I have no problem.

You can't, it's PG-13 I think. Anyway, my movie theater has a little room that babies can still watch the movie, so they don't disturb other people, but it's never used, so I'm shouting, "Damn it there is a little room in the back for little kids! Use it!" The funny thing is, people still don't use it. Shows how dense people are these days.

The pic of the bus with two floors is cool.

We don't get cool s**t like that in america.

Anyways. Just tell the moms to bring harnesses as you stated. That would work.

He does that, and there will be a fight. Really, some moms these days can be real b****es. Example, my mom.

Rant time:

1) I hate those double prams you get. I mean they take up the whole pavement. There really is no need as you can get doubles with the seats behind one another.

2) Old people try and make you give up your seat to them. I mean WTF??? I paid to get on this bus and the OAPs get on with free bus passes. Therefore I should get a seat not them cause I paided for it. If I was prime minister double prams would be banned and free bus passes would be given to students who have less money than OAPs

Not to be racist but recently i have suffered this problem aswell

We recently received many Sudanese into our town, and they decided to make them live in one single area, my area. So when i catch the bus home from school, since they have arrived in Australia and started up a new life, they all decide to have babies, ok, I'm cool with that, but next thing i notice is that each time i catch the bus, there is always 3-5 prams, no joke, 3-5 prams on the bus. You can barely move
