This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when there are 6 or more Spell Counters on your field. The original ATK and DEF of this card are each 500 x the number of Spell Counters on your field. The Level of this card is equal to the number of Spell Counters on your field (max. 12). While this card remains on the field neither player can Special Summon a monster with a Level equal to or lower than the Level of this card. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck with a Level equal to or lower than this card. No not really into cartoon girls but, besides that this card just seems kinda... ehh just to... "modern" why not try something more like the original game cards. What? Is it because I use Cute Girls for most of my cards? Besides you don't know me enough to Judge the cards I make.
