I copied and pasted Psi-Impulse into Paint. Then, I copied the picture of Psi-Impulse, pasted it in Paint, and deleted the Psi-Impulse card. Then, I moved it and saved it because I was going to make it on the Card Maker, but I decided to open it up and copy and paste a picture of Psychic Commander in there and move the copied and pasted Psi-Impulse picture onto Psychic Commander. But this also applies to EARTH... But yes, DARK would make him more abusable, and something on a FLYING saucer doesn't really count as an EARTH monster.
