What makes a good mod, isn't determined by their post count btw. As long as they can be carely seen making a presence by doing work, such as locking topics and posting rules it doesn't matter if they post all the time. I barely post in anime and still mod it.

Grammar is not that much of an issue, as long as you can understand what they mean. I admit my grammar sucks sometimes....I mean I used to keep getting told of for doing sentences that went on forever.

Wrong. Post count means nothing while talking about moderators. For example, there are some members with 5 stars only because they have posted so much. Yet they still think they count as a "Legend" or should be a mod.

No,that's not what I meant.I know people who have 2000 posts and know nothing about card making. What I wanted to say was that nobody will choose a person with 80 posts for a moderator,...You are mod material if you have 500 or more posts,...In my opinion,...If you have less, people consider you "newbie".I know that!!!There are people who do that,...Believe me,...;)

A mod shouldnt be picked on the number of possst he/she has.

But at the same time, a member/mod needs to post, in order for those looking for mods to see them, and their level of maturity and character that will help the site.

It is not based on the number, nor, the speed of which a member posts >_>

Amount.

The number of members on this sites makes no difference, only about 100 deserve a place. A few will be ruled out, leaving/diminishing activity, bad grammar, controversy. Leaving around 10, and out of those the best few will be found, leaving about 2 and they should both be watched for a certain duration of time, the one which has acted most maturely and is most deserving of the place should be chosen.

I know...Why do so many normal members want to be a mod anyways? It's not as great as they think i would prosume, theres more work, less fun, be more strict...it's not that great from my point of veiw, and some forum members are so big headed when it comes to modship, some members always think they should be a mod when they don't propperly deserve it, and post count has nothing to be doing with it, i mean tea.leaf was a mod early, because she was succesful...
