so i'm back (in case anyone remembered that i was gone). you guys are my friends so i wanted to say that my grandfather passed away last sunday. the funeral was Wednesday. it sucks and i'm super sad, but it means i have time for the club and other such things again as i don't have to help with his care.

Devil: The card color resembles a vanilla too much, so it doesn't seem appropriate. Maybe a more darker color. The card is just too bright. The gray stars don't look good at all...

Right. And make a new color' date=' like red or....anything else? Yellow, because your gold is like yellow, has been used for vanillas, although your yellow is different than vanilla's. The text is vanilla's, it should be written "Fairy / Final / Effect", not "[i']Fairy / Final[/i]". I add the "Effect" part to make sure it has effect, it's different if your Final monster doesn't have any effect.

i don't see anything wrong with it. maybe add that it is the only monster that can attack in the turn its summoned as a drawback(?)

Do we call Fusion, Synchro, and Ritual a sub-type? I don't think so. It's a sub-type of what type? Effect? No, its frame color is different than Effect Monster's.

Seems UP'd because of the last effect. The rest seems acceptable even without the last effect.

no, because they are types of monsters other than conventional monsters, not a new subtype within the realm of conventional monsters. of course the card does a recolor, so i'm not really sure which of us is right here. the final decision will go to its creator.

hmmm ... actually sharneeda did that recolor for me, I wanted it to be golden with silver stars,

the color looks good to me, maybe yes it should be alil bit darker, and gray stars should be metallic Silver

It's because there will be no finals without an effect,

since losing mostly accure in the opponent's turn, and finals stay on the field for 1 turn, then they MUST have an effect to make them useful,

and there will be some finals that can stay for more turns, they may not have an effect but staying on the field for more turns is still an effect that has to be mentioned.

 

so I prefered it this way :)
