This contest is, simply: Build a Monarch deck that uses 3 Brain Control, 3 Card Trooper, 3 Cyber Dragon, and 3 Cyber Valley. I will select the one I like most and the winner will receive all my points and some reputation points. This contest will end this Friday. You are allowed multiple submissions. Have fun.
