Blue Lightning
Fine' date=' Id say about 3000 ATK. Possibly less but this is what came to mind.[/quote'] 3000 ATK for a Level 4 Vanilla monster? Good, we have now confirmed that your opinion can be safely disregarded. OK. Also, Im just curious, What would you consider the limit of a lv4 vanillas ATK?
~/Coolio Prime\~
2050-2200 should be the highest Level 4 Vanillas ever go.
Megaworm
Dark Core removes face-up monsters from play by discarding a card from your hand.discard a light or dark monster while you have a light or dark monster in your graveyard and then Special Summon Envoy. Then activate primal seed. samsara lotus is a painful card to use.Treeborn frog is not good for trappers and field nuke decks unless they have D.A.D or Norleras. GenzoTheHarpist
I would say 2300 is the highest a level four normal can go since it would put them just under the most common level 6 ATK power, 2400.
-Berserker-
ATK+DEF=2800 or less. That's how vanilla monsters are *rated. But if you think like this, the most overpowered normal monster will be Luster Dragon. And if you add effect, then you can consider Exarion Universe and Doomcaliber Knight as the most broken cards in the game.

Now, levels are used to control how many tributes a monster requires for it's effect and ATK/DEF, and how useful it is for a Synchro summon. In short, levels tell us nothing about stats alone. Anyone who still thinks that levels purely represent stats, look at Malicious, Plasma, the 4 little "-tsu" Unions, and Metalizing Parasite Lunatite. WindupRabbitFan14
I think Copy Plant is overpowered. Not this hopeless crap of a normal monster
Megaworm
Soitsu, Koitsu, Aitsu and Doitsu. Crappy when alone, Unionize them for great justice!!!a piercing 3000 ATK monster consisted of vanillas.or a waste of a tribute. They can't be Bottomless Trap Hole'd though. :
