They must be Level 6 or higher. so let it begin [spoiler=Rules]No Flaming No Spammingno random stupid cardsthe evolved card must look at least like it evolved from the card i gave you.must be an effect monster. Contest fee is 10 points 1st place: 3 reps and 20 points2nd place: 2 reps and 10 points3rd place: 1 rep and 5 points. The end date is December 1st. There will be 2 rounds.
