Jake the Sage
Its typed FAIRIES. @Davok; oh . . . so he might of noticed you, but just thought nothing of you. @Ragnarok; Humans don't forget easily. ragnarok1945
yeah, but what facts within them are manipulated
Davok
They are usually mistaken for elves, kind of manatees are mistaken for mermaids. But an actual Faerie... nobody's really seen them before. Since the 1900 normal Faerie nests and cities simply vanished off the face of the Earth; researchers searched far and wide in their usual nesting grounds but found none. I have seen some paintings, but are probably fake.
ragnarok1945
Davok, are you saying Faeries and Fairies are not the same thing here? First we need to know that (or if it's just a misspelling)
Jake the Sage
@Davok; I'm impressed. for a junior researcher you got some of the fairy history right. @Ragnarok; well most of the nonsense is obvious. But some are more hidden than others.

ragnarok1945
nonsense will also have to depend on the gulliability of the audience. Otherwise we'd believe less of the myths
Jake the Sage
true. Like the silver killing werewolfs? any ol' bullet would kill them. However- there is some truth the to wolfsbane myth.
ragnarok1945
actually I always thought that was just Hollywood corruption
Jake the Sage
Nope. It actually works. They don't injure a werewolf, its the smell of the d**ned things that keep a werewolf away.
Davok
true. Like the silver killing werewolfs? any ol' bullet would kill them. However- there is some truth the to wolfsbane myth. Actually, you'd be surprised what a negative reaction silver is to a werewolf's regenerative properties. Shooting a lead bullet to a werewolf bone causes minor cracking. Shooting a silver bullet at a werewolf bone would actually puncture the bone.
ragnarok1945
I didn't know that. You have the link that shows this, Davok?
Freeman The Master
you believe in them' date=' Freeman?[/quote'] anything is possible, i mean it seems that humanity is so focused with progress and i have seen this is my school and the ppl around me, that we forget the past it seems like less and less people are focused less with history and more with Greed and technology. soon it will be the dark ages again and well we will lose history again as we did so many times in the past and then we will start again. ragnarok1945
That's nothing new. We have to worry about what's happening right now all the time, so few people ever care about what happened in the past and therefore we forget (maybe not completely, but it turns to myth). That's when the disaster will repeat
Jake the Sage
true freeman. if you don't remember the past you are doomed to repeat it. @Davok; i'd like to know where you get your info too. Silver splitting werewolf bone? who's tried this? @Ragnarok; yup. if wolfsbane is anywhere near a place, it makes it hard to get close too. ragnarok1945
I know silver is used commonly for werewolf killing in films today, but I thought they just made that up.That's nothing new. ragnarok1945
Well, for Japan there's not enough survivors left from the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings to suppress the need for Japan to require nuclear power anymore. Back on your topic of fairies, you think they were ever harmful?
Jake the Sage
I have to agree with Freeman. Humans are ruining the planet and in the future (if they don't change). @Davok; ok, this is the only time I am going to yell. HOW DARE YOU GET WEREWOLF BONES! How'd you even get them!?
