I Hate Snatch Steal
Note to mods: the long card lore is NOT a joke, I spent time coming up with it. It was called final fantasy 3 in America but it's 6 in Japan (do I have that backwards?) Anyway, I made Terra and Celes into LV monsters. I added the text myself and enlarged the images so you could actually read the text. Since Terra and Celes are magic users, I made their abilities based on spells that they learn. Can you guess what each part of their abilities corresponds to in the game? current duel status with these cards,6 samurai: Win 1 Loss 0 Other 1 Lore: Once per turn, you can discard 1 spell card to activate the following effect (This card cannot declare it’s normal attack on the turn you use this effect and vice versa. If a monster’s ATK and/or DEF is reduced to 0 with these effects, it is destroyed. Any affected face down monsters are flipped face up and their Flip effects are activated only if they are not destroyed by this effect.) 1) Select a monster(s) your opponent controls. Reduce those monster’s ATK/DEF by 1800/the number of selected monsters. The reduction of a WATER monster’s DEF is doubled. At the endphase of a turn that this card destroyed a monster, by sending this card to the graveyard, special summon “Terra LV5” from your hand or deck. During your standby phase, place 1 counter on this card. Once per duel, you can place 2 counters on this card if your life points are at least 2000 points lower then your opponent’s life points. By removing 2 counters from this card, you can double this card’s ATK/DEF and any ATK/DEF reduction, damage, or life gain from this card’s effect(s) that require a spell card to be discarded. While this effect is applied, this card does not gain counters through its effect. Remove 2 counters from this card at the start of your mainphase 1, if your do not, this effect is no longer applied. [it should say "life point gain" not "life gain"] Lore: Once per turn, you can discard 1 spell card to activate the following effect (This card cannot declare it’s normal attack on the turn you use this effect and vice versa. This effect is only applied once per monster per turn. 3) Pay 1000 additional life points to destroy 1 monster on the field and your opponent takes damage equal to it’s ATK. If this card is in face up attack position during your mainphase and has not used it’s effects, or attacked this turn, you can activate this effect. While this effect is applied, the effect of next spell card that is activated is negated and that spell card is added to your hand but you cannot play it, then this effect is reset. If this card is removed from the field or changed to defense position, this effect is reset. Your thoughts?
Lil Jevans
The cards are huuuge! Reduce the card's sizes. You put Celes LV5 twice. Backgrounds could at least change for each card. Change the backgrounds if you can't find other pics of them. There are some OCG errors. They're okay besides the pics and OCG errors.
LiAM
card size? you dont need to make them bigger just for text. need picture backgrounds, more detailed pictures and use different pictures? the effects are way too long, for jsut a simple card... there ok, but you need some serious remodelling... Thanks for catching the duplicate Celes LV5. The huge sizes are so when I print them to duel with them you can actually read them. Arguably I could have used 200% size over 400% size though. Backgrounds are a good idea, I wonder where I could get some backgrounds that look the part. (As in they are they don't conflict with the level of detail in the sprites and fit the character.) To yujiooh: I agree that I need better pics however, the size is important when I print them.
