Possibly too much ATK or DEF... for a lvl 4 monster.

i think the card is almost balanced. there are lv 4 with that atk and def but not both that high. lower one a little. nice effect. 9/10

good, weather its heads or tails both players loose something. but ATK and DEF are too high for an efect that powerful... just make her weaker... and nice picture :) 8/10
