This card can only be activated during yout Main Phase 1. Both players add all their card on the field, in their hands and Graveyards and place them in the appropiate Deck. Then both players shuffle their Deck's and draw 5 cards. You cannot attack this turn.

 

 

If you have any OCG corections please post, i know the card may be slightly dull, but its a new start :lol: , good card if your losing...almmost (no Life points are recovered, just all cards are returned to the Deck.)

Resetting the whole game without a cost is not good.

You could just use all burn cards in your hand, then play this card and get 5 new cards.

That's not what I call balanced.

 

This has been done in YGO in the form of a flip effect monster, Fiber Jar, and it got banned because it deserves to be banned.

 

Sorry to say, but I'd scrap this whole Idea if I were you. Use the art for something else.

something like pay 5000 Life Points and skip your main phase 1 and Battle Phase. and maybe even skiping your Draw Phase of your next turn. something as big as that =) 8/10
