Add "once per turn" to the last effect and bump the cost to 1000 to stop it from being overpowered. Even then it's rather overpowered; just look at Black Luster Soldier- Envoy of the Beginning. Isn't even. First effect is classic Ctber Phoenix, with the distinct displeasure of it being a Tribute monster. Sleepy Posted December 3, 2008 Report Share Posted December 3, 2008 it is exactly like the efect of "Belial, Marquis Of Darkness" which doesn't only limit itself to dragon-type monsters. and is 2800ATK so this dragon seems to be OK. and believe me. it's useful and just for the fact that nobody wants to attack it is because nobody will attack you xD LOL. my belial has helped me win several times. but I would modify the last efect. its the overpowered part everyone talks about. YES you will have to make the efect only to a once per turn efect. make a payment of about 1000 Life Points, and only affect face-up monsters. you may also want to make it discard 1 card from your hand when he removes something and that way no 1 will be able to say that is overpowered ;) 8/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
