I use these cards in a deck with these cards and some tuners

I will be happy to explain:

 

Dual Summoner's effect is an ignition effect.

 

It revives a monster with its effects negated as it says, the monster is returned to the deck during the endphase.

 

You an use Dual Summoner's effect twice in one turn, but only twice as long as dual summoner is face up on the field.
