1)

When this card destroys a monster by battle you can pay 1000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this card by 600 points until the End-Phase. If you used this efect, this card can attack again.

NOTE: the way I wrote it is not complete, the rest and the rate will be desided as soon as you tell me if this is a "once per turn" efect or you can do it as much times as you like during the same turn as long as you pay? :)

 

2)

When a Trap Card is activated, decrease this card's ATK by 500 points to negate it. Once per turn during your End-Phase, increase your Life Points by the number of monsters on the Field X400.

NOTE: I don't have a note for this one specificly so I'm going to tell you, write Life Points in the complete way.

 

OVERALL NOTE: there must also be OCG errors in my writing so just take what you think is a good correction :)
