Effect: If you control any other Fiend-Type or Zombie-Type monsters, this card cannot be selected as an target of Monster Effects, Spell or Trap Cards. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, pay 500 Life Points to add 1 Level 4 or lower Zombie or Fiend-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Your Deck is then shuffled. Once per turn during your Main Phase, pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Zombie or Fiend-Type monster with 2000 ATK or less from your Graveyard or hand. Any monster Special Summoned by this card's effect cannot attack during the turn it's Summoned. If you use either of this card's effects, you cannot Tribute Summon this turn.

get rit of "your Deck is then shuffled" no need of it

wow!! that was fast :) you only missed the "cannot be targeted by card efects" part.... is easier to read and to write...and it means the same in new OCG than "by the efects of Spell, Trap, and Monster Cards." a mere suggestion :D

From where exactly?

Deck, Hand, Graveyard or Remove From Play?

 

I would say slightly overpowered. As it a special summoner and a Searcher for two types. Also I'm just think this combined with Zombie Master... That would be quite a swarm.

 

Interesting effect, maybe a bit too much of a effect. Slightly in the overpowered area. So 7/10

Fix'd.

 

I don't certainly think it's OP'd, since they cannot attack, you cannot Tribute Summon and still need to pay Life Points. As Masuta stated, the special summoning part of the effect is a bit unclear, so I left it like it was...
