Well here is round 2:

When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 LIGHT monster on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, decrease the ATK and DEF all Level 4 or lower Fairy-Type LIGHT monsters on the field by 200. During your Standby Phase you can take control of 1 Level 2 or lower DARK monster on the field until the beginning of your Battle Phase. You can only activate this effect once during the entire Duel. By releasing 1 DARK monster on your side of the field, place 1 Black Kiss Counter on 1 monster on your opponents side of the field. For each Black Kiss Counter on the field, decrease the ATK of all monsters on the field by 100

 

If you want to know how its effect is related to christmas:

1. Its a Dark Elf, so its an anti-elf, so it destroys Light

2. It can seduce, so it takes control of Dark monsters, its naughty ;)
