This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you have at least 1 LIGHT monster removed from play. Any Battle Damage this card's controller takes involving this card becomes 0. As long as this card is face-up on the field, the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards are negated. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, pay 500 Life Points and Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from either player's Graveyard's to your side of the field. Decrease the Summoned monster's ATK and DEF by 300.

You only need 1 LIGHT monster to summon right? Oh whoops I totally forgot the fact that it had to be removed from play.

if you have the "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you have at least 1 LIGHT monster removed from play" part, does that mean you can't Special Summon it with other card effects if it was properly Special Summoned first?

if it can, then I would suggest adding to the part "If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, pay 500 Life Points and Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from either player's Graveyard's to your side of the field" (except "Revourne Fairy") because it could keep protecting you undefinetly ^-^"

again..this is only a "maybe" suggestion because I'm not sure myself.... for now....its a 9/10 because I like the card :D

For the first fix, you can only Summon it with the effect, so if it is destroyed, you need to add it back to your hand again and then activate the summon AGAIN. For the second fix, you are right, I need to fix that ASAP.

Common, save for the first one.

 

I would make it's setback "Decrease it's ATK and DEF by 200 x it's own level."

 

Great card, though. Just too easy to summon for such an abusable effect.

 

EDIT: Oh, you can only Special Summon when it's removed from the field. In that case, make it 100 x it's own level.

 

Much slighter problem.

OCG suggestion:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand while you have 1 or more removed from play LIGHT monsters. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. Negate the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from either player's Graveyard to your side of the field and it loses 300 ATK and DEF.

 

The Spell and Trap negater overpowers it imo, I'd scratch it out if I were you.

 

Reborn is misspelled in the card name.

 

Fix it up and it's great! G'job.

When I saw the title of this thread, I was expecting to see something like this in the effect:

 

"[insert what happens here] Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard [insert other effects here]"

 

^^ That, but while the monster was still on the field, not when it was destroyed. And with a different cost other than life points.
