╬「Selatcia」╬
It would be abusive going against a deck with little or no dragons in it. I think "Time Wizard" should be included as a Synchro Material Monster. 8/

Parting Shot
Synchro monsters are always summoned by 1 Tuner + 1 or more other monsters, never more than one Tuner. As such, it should be: 1 Tuner + "Baby Dragon" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters; or something to that effect. I do like the idea of Time Wizard in it, though, like DeMeNTeD said. Perhaps you could do it like this: 1 Tuner + "Baby Dragon" + "Time Wizard"; or something similar. Just my 2 cents :P

Blitzkrieg98
Millennium Dragon eh? Nice to see a reference to "Thousand Dragon". Indeed it looks original, but there are some things to point out. To the ratings: Effect: 8.5/10 (Hmm... My qualms seem to come to the effect. It is very powerful, no doubt, but Summoning a 2400 attacker right from the Extra Deck after destruction AND disabling the effects of every other monster Type? That could be a little too powerful. A summoning condition could be put in place, such as "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon." before the effect.) Synchro Material Monsters: 7.75/10 (One thing I cannot stress enough is the fact that with every Synchro Monster, it is a rule that only 1 Tuner monster is used as a catalyst for the effective Summon of a Synchro Monster. 2 or more is definitely an unfair advantage, if you can imagine. Also, unless as a Tuner monster, monsters are not specifically named [see "Genex Controller" on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia]. If "Baby Dragon" were actually a Tuner monster, then it could be specified as such, but alas, it isn't to be, but maybe I could be wrong in the future. You can, however, specify the Tuner monsters or non-Tuner monsters by attribute, Type, or even archetype. Here is an example: "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters". Also, the use of "Baby Dragon" may be symbolic in this card's existence, Normal Monsters are all seldom seen unless one uses a Gemini Monster or a Normal / Tuner Monster.) Limits: 8.5/10 (As I stated, many monsters with two or more overly powerful effects have limits or "summoning conditions" that prevents them from being a complete threat. "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon" is an example. Note that the words "except by" means that there is no other way to Summon that monster except for the condition following it. Even after being Summoned successfully and appropriately, if sent to the Graveyard or removed from play, there would be no possible way to Special Summon it again unless it was brought back to your Extra Deck by another card.) Grammar: 9.75/10 (You have a nice mind for the official grammar. The only problem is the missing hypen that goes with "non-Dragon-Type". Otherwise, very well done!) Overall: 8.75/10 (This card could show promise to Dragon-Type enthusiasts, but it does need a bit of buffering... I still commend you with a job well done.) Edit 8:27 PM: ACK! I was beaten to it? This page was empty when I started typing, but had to eat. Man you guys are quick at the draw! ^^;;

Perhaps, however, you could be right.
