First Fusion card featuring card's I've already made. Tips on balancing are welcome

Effect: Kazdra, the Dark Summoner + Angel of Retribution + Angel of Forbidden Dreams

This card's attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When this card is Fusion Summoned, declare 1 monster attribute. Both players then look through their respective Decks and remove from play any monsters with the declared attribute. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon 1 DARK or LIGHT monster with 1500 ATK or less from your Graveyard . Monsters Summoned by this card's effect cannot declare an attack during the turn they are Summoned. Tribute 1 monster you control to destroy 1 face-up non LIGHT or DARK monster on the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn this effect is activated. When this card is destroyed, remove it from play.

Removing from play 1 monster attribute of your choice would be overkill if you knew which attribute your opponent was mostly using.

those black things are the suggestions (I think).. and yes.. it's kinda overpowered, my deck has only 2 attributes.. half and half ^-^" that would really screw my deck... but 9/10 :)

from my part :) I would be happy to have half the monsters in my deck in the graveyard and not removed from play..... other than that I can't really think on anything ...;)

Maybe remove from both players hands and Graveyards instead of from the Decks. I favor Single Attribute Decks, so this would be a lil unbalanced.

Take out respective, add quotation marks around card names, take out the Summoning effect. 7/10
