Most bizzare effect ever. Fate's Dragon of Fickle Choice.

[align=center]Rate or hate. The choice is yours. OCG for this one was rough. Never had to deal with this kind of effect before.

Effect: Once per turn, you can remove this card from play. When this card is removed from play by this effect, both players must Special Summon all monsters in their hands. The Special Summoned monster(s) cannot declare an attack, change their Battle Position, or be Tributed. The effect(s) of the Special Summoned monster(s) are negated. Special Summon this card during your 2nd Standby Phase, after activating this effect. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect, both players must select 1 monster they control. All other monsters are destroyed.

There are some wording errors in the card. I've taken the time to try and correct it to the best of my ability.

Now it sounded like you wanted all monsters in both players hands to be Special Summoned so if you could possibly tack on the "ignoring the Summoning conditions" clause. I've change the text a bit to say the monsters can't be Tributed so you can't abuse certain monsters like Destiny Hero - Plasma.

Something about this card is asking for abuse and I think this card could end up on the forbidden list. The fact that it can re-trigger it's effect makes it bannable, imo. Also, it's a pretty good stall card as well since the monster SS'd by the effect are essential a meat wall. I can't see all of the possible combinations it has but it reminds me of fiber jar and why it was banned.

agree but the thing that makes it overpowered in my opinion is the fact that the effects of your opponent's monsters are negated... so he can't react in any way... other than that and since OCG has already been corrected..... 9.5/10 :) its a really nice card with a fresh and new card effect!
