No exceptions what-so-ever... Well, now that has been stated, my advice:PICTURE:Get a goodpicture from either Google Images, mainly because you don't need much pic credit, except for stating that you got it from google, or other places that you do not require permission... However, if you have a DeviantART account, just ask somebody if they can let you use the pic...EFFECT: ...Let me put it this way... It's not balance or weak... Maybe a cost of Life Points or another card of some choice would suffice in some matter? Well, I think that should cover it...
