I was searchin in google, found this image and got the idea

 

 

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 10 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play. This card is unaffected by card effects during the turn it is Summoned. Pay 3000 of your Life Points and send all WATER monsters in your Deck to the Graveyard to increase the ATK of this card by 700 for each WATER monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect. During the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated, remove this card from play.

Crimsonwolf this card can KILL your opponent in 1 turn, when it is summoned nothing will stop it from attacking , ( only if countered by Solemn judgement or Horn of heaven ), and it can have 5000+ ATK, so yeah I had to add a painful cost for it ^^

let's see.. in a 40 card deck,.. 20 cards are monsters... you have to have 10 already in the graveyard to remove..+ this card...+ 3 or 5 more monsters that will be in your hand or field.

that leaves us with about 5 monsters left to send from your Deck to the graveyard...x700... = 3500 ATK or more and unaffected by anything for the 1 turn it will be on the field. + you are paying 3000 Life Points to do it.... hmmmmmmm..... your card makes me think..and I like it :)

 

I suggest x800 :) it doesn't seem like much difference but this card will at least jump to 4000 ATK... the pic and the price of the effect are pretty epic... so this card deserves to have so high standards

i agree pretty much with sleepy. this card would only be descent right now in a standard size deck. i needs something more.

 

but because it is a very original card that i would still put in my water deck (which has been collecting dust for awhile now), i bestow upon you an 8.8/10.

hmmm I really thought hard about the ATK, I was thinkin of makin it between 500 - 1000

I wouldn't say its overpowered with +1000... no1 really wants a deck with like 60 cards..in which this card could end up with about 10 000 ATK...but for the price..the entire deck itself would be alot slower... 1000 is Okay :) ...

so... +1000 per monster would be.... about 5000 ATK in a standard deck.. + the fact that you won't draw a single monster for the rest of the duel :) it sound good to me..with pot of avarise.

also.. I personally go all the way reading what every person said in each thread, so if someone wants to really analyze the card, they have to read other people's opinions as well....if they don't ... they may not be able to see those points of why a card is over or underpowered to the eyes of the forum...

if you see "overpowered" again ^-^ you can tell they didn't really put attension to the discusion of the thread ;)

Now I can change it to 1000, and based on your analyze, I dont think any1 will say its overpowered ( if they really read the discussion here, as u said ^^ )
