O.o looks pretty good to me xD

 

although you could make another one saying something like

"while this card is on the field, you can Fusion summon without polymerization of the Fusion Monster includes atleast one Elemental hero or Evil Hero Monster in its name" xDDDDD

Elemental Hero Angel:

When this card destroys a monster by battle, increase the ATK of 1 "Elemental Hero" Monster (except this card) by half of the destroyed monster's ATK.

 

Elemental Hero Valkirya:

When a face-up "Elemental Hero" monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the target to this card. When this card is selected as an attack target, decrease 1 "Elemental Hero" Monster's ATK to 0 and increase the ATK of this card by the same ammount.

 

Elemental Hero Sorceress: (note the difference in the name)

Put 1 Counter on this card each time a monster you control is destroyed by battle (max. 3). When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon "Elemental Hero" Monsters from your Graveyard equal to the number of Counters on this card. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, add 1 "Elemental Hero" Monster and 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck to your hand.

(first effect sounds overpowered to me.. I suggest you leave the underlined part only)
