I'm sick to death of the n00bs in this section, and I'm going to do something about it. Pop Culture will become a reputable section.

NTHY, a.k.a. Now This is How you YCM, has returned.

Quintessentially, whenever I come upon an astoundingly bad card, I'll flame it, remake it well, and link the maker here. Most n00bs have tempers, so they'll see this, and not only will their counter-flames become invalidated, they'll have improved as YCMers (unless they suck so badly they can't tell good cards when they're literally in their faces, in which case I can do nothing about it).

But first, the card which has had most horrific incarnations made of it, despite its epic pwnage:

CHUCK NORRIS.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When you destroy an opponent's monster by battle, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. While this card remains face-up, during battle between your attacking monster and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Whenever you inflict less than 1000 Battle Damage to your opponent, the Battle Damage becomes 1000. This card cannot declare an attack.

Comments: Introducing the new Aggro, folks. Eight battles while this guy is up and you win the Duel. That means, if you run the Deck properly, three turns to victory. It's very difficult to run, I admit, but I'm certain someone will be able to engineer something to make this guy a killer. Any ideas?

Effect: When this card is Summoned successfully, add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can send 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower non-Tuner monster from your Deck. You cannot attack during a turn in which this effect was activated.

Comments: Quite a versatile support card, methinks. An 1800-ATK beatstick can match Stratos, non-SS'd Laquari, and other such first-turn threats. More fun comes with its power: a free Spell, or a Lv5 or lower non-Tuner. Even if he isn't exactly Summon Priest, that power is still formidable. You can search more Chiefs to keep the chain going, or get Spells in the grave for Magical Explosion in Trad.
Effect: By removing from play 1 DARK monster in your opponent's Graveyard, and placing 1 card from your hand on top of your Deck, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent shows you their hand. Select 1 DARK monster in it and remove it from play. Once per turn, you can change the battle position of 1 monster your opponent controls.

Comments: Now, see, this is how you make something battle-oriented. A piece of cake to Summon, Dante gives you access to your opponent's hand every time you damage your opponent, plus some easy DARK obliteration. Granted, it won't put a dent in non-DARK decks outside the staples, and you'd have to put Gyzarus out of commission before you could use it on Glads, but still... And his abilities to change battle positions can set you up for some great combos. Who knows, maybe he could even work with Chuck. This isn't my best work, probably quite overpowered, but I've never played DMC, and I want him to access the enemy hand, so constructive critiques are implored.

double_c4, don't you dare warn/neg/nag/pikaf00/etc me about making this. You literally asked for it.
Effect: You can return 1 monster you control to the top of your Deck to Special Summon this card. If this card is the only monster you control, it cannot declare an attack. When a Warrior-Type monster your opponent controls is sent to the Graveyard except by battle with this card, remove from play 1 card your opponent controls.

Comments: Summoning it can be tricky, but... It stops Malicious, flat-out! Or at least, that's how the effect is supposed to be timed. IDK if that's what the text would imply. Any judges on the matter...?
Effect: Return 1 monster you control to your Deck. Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to the Level of the returned monster. Your Deck is then shuffled.

Comments: Tag out Mali for Kuraz? It'd suck if you drew Mali, though. XD Other than that, it's used to bring out the Super forms, which will arrive shortly.

This is such a waste. What is the point of making this? You didn't post a card or tell anything. Just criticizing people. I really don't think people will like this. We all were young and made lots of mistakes. You can't just go people that they are bad. We are all beginners and we all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect.

1. Did you look at the spoiler? (I'm guessing not. The card is in there.)

2. It worked last time.

3. Mainly, it's just to stop people like you from claiming I'm a n00b bully rather than an elite elitist, though I'm certain that some people can improve greatly through the thread.

4. It worked last time.

I do that when I can, but nine times out of ten, there are no redeeming aspects... at all. Fails all three categories of YCMing. That's why I made this in the first place.

Wait' date=' how is he Aggro worthy? Besides the continuous effect, Hes summoning effect activates, and thus, will be negated via Doomcaliber

[/quote']

Aggro = Summon Fast, Do Beatdown/Burn, Kill Opponent. Chuck serves as a method to do the Beatdown/Burn with his 1000-damage rule (8 battle victories = instant win), and he also stops Stardust/Thoughtruler/Goyo from being a threat. Doomcaliber negates most things anyway.

Awesome Pop-Cult card better than any other i've seen.

Merci beaucoup. Hopefully, that will change as this picks up.

....I thought the term 'Aggro' was for a deck that uses a mix of continuous effects + King Tiger >_>

Aggro means Aggressive... We're probably thinking of different things.

Probably, the main reason why Chuck's picture is so bad is because I don't care about the pictures... at all. ^_^ And yes, it's predictable; I've done it before. This is its reincarnation. :D

Hey TC y don't you make a good naruto set and then tell everyone to leave it at that and no more naruto cards are to be posted. I'm sure everyone would appreciate the disappearence of the constant threads of complete and utter failure (granted 1 out of every thousand is decent). I know I would.

Are you just changing the effects around like last time then?

At any rate, we need at least one of your threads to actually stay floated.
