Before I start, I'd like to say that I'm not posting this topic to spam, I'm posting it because I'm really interested to see where people would place this card on a good list.

 

Ok, it can costlessly spin, but it's a Tribute Monster, and it has low ATK. Do those downfalls save it from being banned/limited/semi-limited on a good list?

 

In my opinion, the best option would be to limit it because it wouldn't work with other copies of itself.

OCG Errors. So it's basically a Raiza that can Top-Deck something, then sac itself and play another one, etc? Bounce 3 Cards to top? Better than Mist Wurm. No.

Put (except "Psychality Fish") after "Once per turn, if you control a Fish-Type monster". And on your opponent's side of the field=your opponent controls.

 

Colonel isn't talking about Psychic, he's talking about Fish. Fish is near-dead, and so this card probably isn't listworthy, but this card could be fun with ALO.

He was talking about Fish, but I don't think he realized that the card isn't really meant to support Fish.

 

It is meant to use another copy of itself to get a more powerful effect.

I wouldn't mind if it could really only spin one card per turn, but this spins two or three cards, depending on whether you control another Fish-Type monster.

For every good player there is 3 bad ones, at least this is the case here. YCM in general is near-full with bad players.

Step 1: Tribute summon for Psychality Fish (Or, if Legendary Ocean is on the field, Normal Summon)

Step 2: Tribute first Psychic Fish on field for second Psychic Fish in deck. Spin.

Step 3: Tribute second Psychic Fish for third. Spin.

 

A little too easy to pull off. Guaranteed to spin at least twice, and if you run a Fish deck for some reason that somehow manages to keep monsters on the field, 3 cards get spun.

I lol'd at this. Megaworm said DAD was one of the worst monsters ever.

 

As for this card, it should be limited since it spins, if it didn't spin there would be not much to gain from it except deck thinning and graveyard fattening.

It's a 1:8 ratio in this board, roughly 1:500 in boards like Pop Culture. So, it's a step up. But the forums that don't have a broader audience tend to be better.

 

As for the card, fish need some sort of support. Semi-Limit maybe, so it couldn't repeat it's effect again, but really, two spins at best isn't comparable to blowing up your opponents field then pulling a Stardust and a Goyo out of your ass.

Actually, Sephiroth wasn't being full of himself anywhere in there, which makes Star's entire response odd(er). He bolded ticklemeemo's name because he wondered why he was on the list. I disagree with most of the list, but mostly ticklemeemo.

I dont like the idea of 2 or 3 spins per turn through self-interaction. 1 is enough. Low ATK for 1 Tribute still doesn't save it from being Limited on a good list. It can still be Special Summoned by other means.
