~ Chidori-Kun
Please fix everything... OcgNamePowerEct, [spoiler=Card Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Dragon-Type Monster Card in your hand, from play. You can negate the Summon of a monster, or negate the effect of a Spell or Trap by Tributing 1 Dragon-Type monster you control. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Deck, to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard. If this card were to be destroyed, you can return 2 removed from play Dragon-Type monsters to your Graveyard to send this card to the Graveyard. Special Summon this card at the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated ignoring this card's Summoning Conditions. This effect can be used on either player's turn. Command Knight
I think it's overpowered. To be able to tribute 1 Dragon to negate a summon, spell, or trap!? Soloum Judgement makes you pay half your lifepoints for that. And also you can protect it constantly with barely a cost! If you run it in Dragon deck it probaly can't be destroyed! 4/10. You should put a negative effect too..........

AKC
It's definitely overpowered once you put everything together and combine it with a good Dragon monster line-up. The summoning conditions is my first issue with this card. You aren't RFGing from your field but from your hand so it means you haven't wasted a turn summoning so you can still normal summon that turn. The biggest issue is the huge lock down that this card provides. You have a monster that can continuously negate a summon, spell, or trap card by sacking a dragon monster. However, you can bring back the dragon monster by RFGing a dragon from your deck. Not only are you thinning out your deck you are bringing back a potentially strong monster on the field, which can be used to negate anything your opponent plays. The next thing that's broken about this card is the ability to protect it by sending your RFG dragons to your grave. The balancing aspect about this card is its relatively low ATK. It doesn't matter if Solemn Judgment is a higher spell speed and a counter trap. You have multiple ways to constantly negate your opponent's moves with this one card. You heavily lock them down with this and a full gambit of Solemn Judgments, Dark Bribes, and some other Counter Traps, which in turn will most likely bring out Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord. This card is synergistic with many other Dragon cards and could potentially setup a OTK. Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon lets you SS a dragon monster from your hand or graveyard once per turn and it's a 2800 beat stick. You use future fusion to send 5 dragons to the graveyard for Five Headed Dragon then you use Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and this card to bring them back so you can push for ATKs or negate your opponents moves. Even if you don't get Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon on the field you can use Dragon's Mirror on the Future Fusion monsters to get a 4000 beat stick on the field. If this card would be destroyed then you can return 2 of them back to save it then bring it back to negate at a later turn. If you do get Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon then you can use the returned RFG monsters as SS material. If Dragons get better tuners and synchros then you can bring Synchro Dragons to new heights. Hell, with some of the other Dragon monsters (Horus Level 8, Mirage Dragon, etc...) available you can really push Dragon lock down decks to new heights. You could also use Return from the Different Dimension to field swarm the RFG monsters and do a OTK or maybe synchros depending on your deck build. Although not the best strategy you could also use DNA Surgery to turn all monsters on the field to Dragon-Types and use anything on your field to negate your opponent's moves on top of carrying more useful effects then some Dragon monsters. This card has so much synergy with the current card pool that the TCG and OCG has available that this card becomes overpowered in a dedicated Dragon deck.
