Dark Ninja
What's everyone's views on the morphtronic archetype? I think they have a lot of potential. I can't wait until Crimson Crisis comes out so I can put Boardon in my deck.

~ P O L A R I S ~
They are mainly too weak on their own & need some raw power member They have plenty. ;) Throw out 3' date=' 3700 ATK beatstick. [img']http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/2/25/ChimeratechOverdragonGLD1-EN-GUR-LE.png[/img] Only bad thing is that it forces you to throw in a CyDra, which is Fortress fodder, but not if the Morphtronic user plops out their Fortress first and later Overloads into Overdragon. Not all of them have horrible stats too, look at Radion, 1800 and +800 to other Morphtronics too. And once you swarm the field and get a Boardon out you can easily OTK, especially with an extra Limiter Removal. Sure they aren't competitive, but they are a fun Deck type, remind me of Batterymen in a way.

Gadget Hauler may not be a Morphtronic, but he's a mega-beatstick that runs on Morphtronic discards, so he fits right in. Chimera doesn't need to be a Morphtronic, it's just a good way of abusing the fact that most Morphtronics are Machines to get another giant beatstick. Yeah Skill Drain'd be a problem for Morphs. =/

tonisanoob
good archtype with some increasingly good support anyone reilise that radior is a 1800 beatstick thats limit reversable ;)and a lot ofhter deformers are limit reversablethey swarm pretty welland boomboxen can swing for half lp with radion (wich isnt hard as both are searchable, and there is a lot of ss power in deformers) so all in all a good toolbox deck =
~/Coolio Prime\~
Konami is still thinking a few power creeps behind in terms of effects. For Instance, they're making: BlahTribute 1 "Blah" monster, Special Summon one Level 4 or lower "Blah" monster from your hand or deck. When the strongest Blah monster has 2400 and a mediocre effect, so they could very well do. Blah Blah BurnTribute 1 "Blah" monster and inflict damage to you opponent equal to the Level of the tributed monster x200. You may then Special Summon 1 "Blah" monsters with a Level equal to or less than of the level of the tributed monster x2 from your hand or deck. Until they realize that they can use a card like that without making them totally cheap, the minor archetypes won't be playable. Though it's odd, as they're making a few playable cards for the Morphotronics.
Dark Ninja
The Deformers are good' date=' they have swarming capabilities and they're low attack makes them good for Machine Dup and IRS.[/quote'] I thought that too, and if I had an IRS I'd put it in my deck. It'd be a great way to get Magnen's lockdown ability in motion. I didn't put Machine Dup in though because too many of the deformers aren't machines (like radion, magnen, datatron, etc.) About the skill drain thing, I've prepared for that with this deck. Using all they have at their disposal, the Morphtronics can be ready for just about anything. Just equip a morphtronic cord to one of your monsters and use a battle position switching card like gadget driver. The cord can then destroy the skill drain giving back all their abilities. If you don't have the cord, use the morphtronic accelerator (I suggest putting 3 of that in your deck.)

Guest PikaPerson01
Lackluster by every definition of the word. They swarm decent with Celfon, but 1000-ish beatsticks isn't much.
