This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 "Black Pulse Dragon LV7" on your side of the field to the graveyard. Once per turn you can pay Life points in multiples of 1000 to destroy 1 set card on the field. Once per turn you can pay 1000 Life points to select 1 card from your graveyard and add it to your hand if it was a monster you can special summon it to your side of the field that monster cannot attack this turn.
