its ment to be removable, thats not so much a drawback as a benifit if your opponent plays an RFP deck, maybe "your opponents Level 4 or lower monsters can Attack Directly." ?

I think it is balanced. Great effect. 9.5/10 Messed up on OCG. Fix it and 10/10. But for now, 9.5/10

The effect doesn't even make sense. What if it would be destroyed as a result of battle or something? Is it illegal to destroy it by battle? What happens if a Lightlord mills it? And so on.

ok well in the event of mill, it would be placed back in it's appropriate position, It cannot be destroyed by battle, by card effect, and it cannot be tributed, how ever, if macro cosmos is face-up on the field, then none of these restrictions apply ok crab
