Zelda: "We have went back in time to the time when the Secret Princess Assosiation (SPA for short) was around. The organization was filled with princesses from all around, and this use to be our hiding spot. But sometimes we give people our location. I have went back to Valentines Day, just because I want a special somebody to see something. But enjoy the Observatory as much as you can." Well, if I put it that way, there are two special somebodies. To answer your question Meta Knight it is an orginazation formed to protect all kingdoms from evil. We all also have special abilities that are only used to unlock a secret passageway to the heaven star." Zelda chuckles, finding it funny that Lucario doesn't know who that special somebody is. She then looks back at Rosalina, who happened to be tapping her back. Rosalina then wispers into Zelda's ear and Zelda looks back at Lucario. Zelda: "I gotta go do something, I'll be back soon. But while your here, you can enjoy the different things you can do. Also, you can warp to special places in the universe using those warp stars over there." Zelda points to a bunch of star panels that were gold and were floating peacfully in the air. Zelda, with Rosalina, then stepped on top of a star panel and the star panel started glowing.
