This exodia is played else than the normal one. You need to have all five pieces face-up on your field, so it's a completely other way to play this ones than the normal exodia. It's harder to win with the Shining Exodia, because there are more effects (or also normal battles) destroying cards on the field, but also there are cards to special summon the pieces to the field, even from the graveyard. To make it a little bit easyier to win with the Shining Exodia, I gave each part exept the head an effect that prevents it to be destroyed or removed from field by one kind of card.

 

Don't take this question wrong, but you didn't read the effect of "Shining Exodia, the Cursed One" completely, did you?
