I would say either increase the amount needed to bring it out, or give it a bigger downfall..

you want something as a payment don't have to look further ;) I know how to do a card underpowered :lol:

 

make it so you pay multiples of 1000 instead... and make this monster increase only half the points.(not all) and do (max 4000) so it will be about the same but for a bigger cost

upgrade it to level 11 or something like that...

then make it so the materials are harder to get...something like -> 1[name of tuner] + 1 or more non-Tuner [an attribute you want it to be] Psiquic-Type monsters

 

those are some suggestions..so you can choose within those :D

You can make it less OP'ed by adding a balancing effect afterwards like "At the end of the End Phase of this turn, return this monster's ATK to it's Original ATK." or something to that effect. XD! I just made a funny! Ok... Maybe not....

The high life point cost balances out the op-ness of the monster, making it good. But try to make the tuner monster involved must be a psychic monster...

yes about that... if by uploading the pics from the ones you have in your computer, the image is just a black ...black.. then try removing the pics from your computer and save them again... that works for me :D

 

 

about the card.. looks alot better to me (and balanced)

I have something to say about the pic... its a good pic and it has details and everything but the fact that is just standing and you can see it in the card (completely) makes me imagine.. If I was the one looking at the pic and having the idea of a card... I would have imagined a weaker monster for him... look for example... obelisk the tormentor... he is so great strong and almighty that he doesn't fit completely in the card...although you can see most of him... the pic (regardless of how good it is) doesnt seem so powerful.....
