You can discard this card to add 1 "Ancient Arctic Dragon" from your Deck to your hand. Increase the ATK of all WATER monsters on the field by 400 points and decrease the ATK of all FIRE monsters on the field by 200 points. Only WATER, Aqua- Type, or Dragon- Type monsters can be Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned. Destroy this card during the 2nd Standby Phase after activation.
