Threatening Roar, Waboku, Thunder of Ruler as well as Pyro Clock of Destiny to speed up the turn count. Mask of Darkness also recycles the Stall Traps. The draw is to ensure Final Countdown is drawn. That makes ...9 Stall Cards...They're all 1-Turn attack blockers...Where are Swords, Messenger, Level Limit, Gravity Bind?9 1T Stallers aren't enough, because your opponent has 10 Turns to finish you.The Spells are all Drawers; so are Lacooda and MJ. Pyramid Turtle can Search itself, Sangan for Hand Advantage and Deck Thinning and MOD for Trap-Recycling...Don't mean to offend anyone, but this Deck couldn't be more different than mine. Spell removal has nothing to do with your opponent not being able to attack, it has to do with your opponent's card effects nuking this. And the draw is just to ensure you always have one of these for 10 turns. (or less with some pyro clock) Turtle is there for it's synergy with Lacooda (+thinning) and Sangan is just to good here. tommers2008 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 i play a final countdown deck for fun on yvd and have quiet a good record... i have beaten a few good decks and i always seem to pull a final countdown in 1st or 2nd turn.. and any time i have lost with this card its been 17 or 18th turn except for once i got creamed really early against a lightsworn deck he got JD out and well you no what happened then.. anyway i think its a good card if you have a solid build around it..
