I have make a higher form of Horus (the card is german! the translations are under the cards)

Dragon / Tuner / Effect

 

This card can only summoned with the effect from "Level Up!" or "Incarnaton of Horus". You can negate and destroy Spell and Trap Cards. If this card destroyed, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the field..

Quick Spell

 

This card can only activate, if a "Horus, the Black Flame Dragon (any LV)" select as attack target. Tribute the selected "Horus" and special summon a "Horus, the Black Flame Dragon LV10". The select the summoned monster as attack target.

if you have english translation, its easier to post it in english then translate it afterwards, otherwise, the card is slightly unoriginal as its been done lots of times before, and the effect is retty simple.

I don't like the pic of horus, the card have OCG errors, the cards are in german and they must be in english, I am Mexican and i don't write the cards in spanish. 5/10

(this part is wrong!

first: "Level-Up" doesn't have this---> "!" in the name

second: The effect of level up is that you tribute an LV monster to special Summon from your hand or deck the LV monster that is written in the card text ignoring its summoning conditions and horus LV8 doesn't have any LV written in the Texts, so its imposible to summon it with "Level Up"..look for Armed Dragon LV10 in wikipedia to see how its written correctly.

Third: I'll better suggest a way to write it:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 1 "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8". You can negate the activation and effect of any Spell or Trap Cards and destroy them. If this card is destroyed, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the field.

fourth: you don't need it to be a Tuner since there aren't any synchros with Level 10 or more, what are you tuning it for?

fifth: this is a good point, you drew it [i guess]. I'm not a fan of the pic but that's a start :) )

1. Why made you Horus to a Tuner-monster??

There is no Synchro monster with a level higher than 9!

2. The Pic from Horus is more than less good.

3. Horus is overpowered, because with the effect of your spell card Horus is to easy to summon because in the right deck you`ll have enough Horus-monster to tribute.

4. In the effect of the card you wrote monster and spell cards and in the other effect spell and trap cards.

5. Write the cards name, type and effect in English because otherwise you will have a problem with the German Grammar and the YCM programm. (especially ä,ü,ö)

I also agree with this. Maybe make it a Dark Tuner.
