I don't know what to say about BigFoot. North America doesn't seem to be a normal place for antropoids. In North America didn't existed species of primates. You can say that 1 or more species (now extinct in their original habitat) migrated from asia' date=' but experiments demostrated that the Bering bridge never existed. Maybe they reached North America via the Panama Bridge, but then they're not real antropoids, they're some kind of New World monkeys, like the posibly extinct giant spider monkey.

Have you really seen one of those:

of the size of a human? Where?

The spider monkeys have very long arms, legs and tail. They need all that to live in the trees. The giant spider monkey was similar, but if it changed it's habitat (like moving to North America) it probably would evolve into something different, maybe living in the ground (then it would change it's shape, like the gorillas), then they would turn into something similar to BigFoot and other big apes reported in America.

Why you choose this Cryptid: love dinosaurs and the sea just seems like a breeding ground for mystery.

As far as Giant Spider Monkeys, are you refering to the legends in Roraima Venezuela. I heard tales that that place is so wild it's where Sir Arthur Conan Doyle got the idea for the lost world. Giant snakes, bugs, pteradactyl sightings and a very famous picture of a man with a rope around the next of a very large, very freaky, very dead monkey. i'm sure you've all seen it.
