Gilford and the Swordsman clashed into their nearest enemies (the mummies) and destroyed them instantly. They fell to dust as the two warriors ran towards their next enemy, the Vampire Genesis. Suddenly, they heard the Sorcerer again.- Alas, you have destroyed my Regenerating Mummies. But fear not, because they will come back. And they will bring one of their friends with them.The mummies appeared infront of the silent swordsman, leaving a pit infront of it. The Swordsman stopped instantly, but the mummies smiled.- Die, my mummies, die! Sacrifice yourself for the master!The mummies faded, and a large shadow crawled out of the pit. It was blue with a taint of red along with it, and two large horns.- Behold your most inner Nightmare; Despair from the Dark! Rink's options:1) Let Gilford attack Despair from the Dark.2) Let Gilford attack Vampire Genesis.3) Order Gilford to protect the Silent Swordsman.4) Sweep through the local area. (Might find something) Felix' options:1) Let Silent Swordsman attack Despair from the Dark.2) Let Silent Swordsman attack Vampire Genesis.3) Order Silent Swordsman to protect Gilford.4) Sweep through the local area. Umbra Posted September 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 20, 2007 The only obvious and un-story related option. Just what I thought. (And hoped.) As Gilford battles with the Vampire Genesis and Silent Swordsman with the Despair, Rink and Felix follow a sudden urge to sweep through the local forest to search for things.After a few minutes, Felix cries out in happiness.- I found something! It's some kind of pendant of sort! Shortly after, Rink finds something aswell.- Look at this! It's some sort of crystal, but with blue and green strings in it. I think I can see somekind of dragon and demon inside, too. Options:A) Order your monsters to finally attack.B) Try to identify the items.C) Use the items without identifying them.D) Try to flee from the battle. Umbra Posted September 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 20, 2007 (Both) Rink tried to use the power of the crystal, and Gilford started to glow strangely. The body of Rink's drained Armed Dragon LV 10 started to glow aswell. A whirl appeared between them, and they slowly started to move closer to each other.The Sorcerer screamed out in agony.- A fusion? What are the odds? Gilford and the Armed Dragon LV 10 fuses! Into...Gilford, Dragon of Thunder Knight! (Gilford and dragon body dissappeares, and a giant dragon covered in plate armor appeares. ) The dragon cries out, and fires of a bolt of giant lightning at the Vampire Genesis. The vampire screames in pain, and starts to shatter. Rink's Options:A) Order Gilford to attack the Despair from the Dark.B) Run up to the dragon.C) Examine the crystal.D) Do something else. Gilford turns around against the giant Despair from the Dark, and opens it's giant jaw. An orb of lightning appeares within it, and bursts out towards the giant shadow. Despair from the Dark cries out in pain, and dissappeares.The Sorcerer looks at Gilford, stunned.- It's almost impossible. Only almost. I can still defeat it.Suddenly, another voice was heard.- Sorcerer! What are you doing?A grey-haired man appeared from the forest, and pointed with a sword towards the Sorcerer. The Sorcerer looked very afraid suddenly.- G-G-G-G-Ghastlin... - Sorcerer. You have disobeyed my orders. I will punish you later.The old man, appearently Ghastlin, King of Wastelands, turned towards Rink.- That's a good monster you have there, soldier. What's your name? The pendant started to glow strangely, and the Swordsman felt suddenly stronger. The sword flashed out in white, and became very sharpened. Suddenly, Felix noticed the appearance of Ghastlin and walked on to him. Behind Ghastlin, Felix could see the Sorcerer of Dark Magic tremble with fear. Ghastlin noticed Felix, and turned to him.- Ah, another soldier of Light! And I see that you bring a Silent Swordsman with you. What's your name? I got it.He then turned to the Sorcerer.- Sorcerer, I want you to repay these people for what damage you have done to them. The sorcerer nodded.- I will, Ghost-king.The Sorcerer walked to Rink and Felix, and suddenly, two eggs appeared. - These are two eggs from the Spawning Pool under Westbog Swamp. They can hatch anytime, giving you a monster. Take care of them. There are not many left. Now, which one do you pick? Both players' options:A) Pick the left egg.B) Pick the right egg.C) Tell them that you want to think this over.D) Do something else. A small eye is seen within the egg, and soon a small Baby Dragon stands in Felix's hand. Ghastlin smiles.- The egg hatched? How wonderful. And how kliché. Anyway, you asked me about my organization. Well, as you might have figured, I am the king of Wastelands. These monsters are my Servants, and all of these lands are mine. Do not fear that you are trespassing, however, since I have an agreement with the Creator. All soldiers of Light may pass through my lands on their way to Westbog Mountain. Felix' options: A) Ask Ghastlin something. [Enter own question.]B) Challenge him to a battle.C) Check on Rink.D) Do something else.
