New Ruling: Shrink on the Damage Step

Recommended Posts

Guest PikaPerson01
Only effects that are activated during damage calculation and effects that negate them' date=' such as Counter Trap Cards, can be activated at this time. Effects that increase, decrease, halve, double, etc. the ATK and/or DEF of a monster cannot be activated at this time, unless they must specifically be activated during damage calculation. This means that cards like “Shrink”, which are not specifically activated during damage calculation, cannot be activated, while “Injection Fairy Lily’s” effect can be activated.[/quote']

Discuss.

EDIT: Nevermind! I'm an idiot. <_< It's during Damage Calculation, not Damage Step.

fox.jpg: All Phases report in.

slippy.jpg: Main Phase here, Im okay

peppy.jpg: The Battle Phase has never been Better.

falco.jpg: Damage step here, Ive taken alot of damage... Im gonna have to sit this one out.

Ps... This changes nothing about how shrink works in the damage Phase, this has always been the same. IE: Beating an Honest'd Light monster with Prideful Roar.

You're all ignorant.

Shrink's only legal activation timing within the Damage Step IS at the "During Damage Calculation" point Curtis was speaking of.

Typical Pharaoh. Goes from excessively elitist to absolutely right in the same post.

@OP: Report nao pl0x?
