This card cannot be Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can Tribute Summon. During your Standby Phase, you must discard 1 card, if you cannot this card is destroyed. This card is treated as "Forest". All Beast-Type, Beast-Warrior-Type, Insect-Type, and Plant-Type monsters gain 200 ATK. You can remove from play 3 EARTH monsters from your Graveyard to select 1 of your opponent's unoccupied Monster Card Zones. The designated Monster Card Zone cannot be used during this Duel.

Effect:

This card can only be Summoned from your hand if 2 or more monsters you control were destroyed by battle during the same Battle Phase. This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type monster. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can place 1 Brutalization Counter on this card (max. 10). If you do, this card cannot attack during your Battle Phase. During your Main Phase 1, if this card has 10 Brutalization Counters on it, you can remove all Brutalization Counters from this card to increase this card's ATK equal to the number of monsters your opponent controls x 500 and upgrade this card by 1 Level for each monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. If you use this effect, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. After this effect resolves, destroy 1 Set Spell or Trap Card you control. If you cannot, destroy this card.

Hunter: Hunter's card is like a whole bag of eye candy on Halloween and the animated EARTH attribute is very cool. However, the effect on the other hand is not as pleasing. The effect is good and balanced, but not quite the most original thing Ive seen nor was it very interesting. The picture is very cool.

Demented: The picture goes perfectly with its name and its Brutalization counter effect (reminds me of Dethklok lol). The effect is interesting and quite original but 10 Counters seem a bit much, especially since he has no way to really stall for that long other than his average ATK and DEF (Average for a level 7 I mean). The holo is very nice, but Hunter's beats Demented's in terms of looks.

Hunter's effect seems to be more balanced and is much more pleasing to the eye. Demented's effect is more interesting and slightly more original but it seems to be slightly underpowered IMO.

Hunter > Demented

Hunter's card seems better thought out and more playable while still remaining balanced.

DeMeNTeD's card seems very elaborate and not really as playable as Hunter's card is. It is however more original with the Brutalization Counter Concept but somewhat underpowered and holding the card back from being playable.

I have to vote for Hunter in this contest because his card is better thought out, skillful, yet not too elaborate and more playable without going into a banworthy or overpowered territory.

Demented and Hunter going at it? O__O

*brain explodes*

Uh wow. >_>;;

First off: That animated Attribute on Hunter's is sex. Plain, unadulterated, sex.

Now for the actual choosing:

Uah....both of you have flawless OCG (lol, no surprise there)

As others have mentioned, Demented's lacks a certain playability...I mean, a monster surviving 10 turns? Ludicrous. I've also seen Demented's card floating around for awhile, while not having seen Hunter's before (that could just be me not getting around enough, but oh well).

Tough choice...tough choice....

In the end...

I'll go with Hunter.

It's pretty obvious who won image-wise, so I tried to rate by effect.

I agree that Kyofu is definitely hard to pull off. To be honest, if I wanted to wait 10 of my own turns for a powerful effect, I'd play final countdown, since I don't have to protect that. Honestly, I'd remove the summoning conditions completely. (I don't think its effect summons itself, but even if I'm wrong it doesn't really change my mind.)

Forrect is not really underpowered or overpowered. Its last effect giving it just a little edge saves it from the "underpowered" category in my opinion. The discard effect is quite a lot to keep it in play, but it is after all a 3250 ATK monster..that had to be Normal Summoned.. Also it does have 1 possible error that I see in that it should probably say, This card's name is treated as "Forest".

Anyways Forrect is probably better gameplay-wise than Kyofu, so I vote for Hunter. Plus the pic is awesome.
