Effect: This card can only be summoned by removing from play a WIND and 2 FIRE monster on your side of the field. While this card is face-up Attack Position in your side of the field, your opponent always skips his/her Battle Phase unless he/she has 3 or more Monster Cards in his side of the Field. If this card Attacks a Monster in Defense Position inflict the difference in your opponent's Life Points. You can also treat this card as a WIND monster.

Hmm... that effect is a little too much, in my opinion, perhaps a good old "While this card is face-up on the field your opponent can only declare an attack against this monster card" would do the trick (my apologies, I am unfamiliar with the standard OCG for that effect, but I think it's understandable).

*Overpowered. I can understand the summoning conditions, but having over 3000 ATK with the ability to skip your opponent's Battle Phase unless they have at least 3 monsters which this card can kill anyway? There's also his dual-Attribute effect. This card should only be WIND.
