【Demonic Queen】
We all had them once probably, sleep problems. Nights where you can't fall asleep for whatever reason. Now I wanna know anyone had or haves sleep problems and any advice to get rid off it or what you do when you have it? Well myself I got insomnia I can't sleep for more then 3 to 5 hours a day. I have tried lots of things to get rid off it, but either I end up not sleeping at all or I end up only sleeping for 3 to 5 hours. I am used to it by now though but still I sometimes start to fall asleep during the day or weird times. Anyway I tried reading a boring book but instead of getting tired I read it till the end, same goes for doing homework or watching tv I am not getting tired from either of those. So any of you have sleep problems share you experience and if you have some advice to sleep faster share.
Larxene
I often go 2-3 days without sleeping. It's normal for me, so I'm pretty used to it.
Guest JoshIcy
One advice is strange. And generally only works if you can keep your eyes focused off of it, while still on it. (I've got lazy eyes so this is relatively easy for me). Stare at a light until your eyes get heavy and turn off the lights right away. You should be able to sleep within minutes. OMGAKITTY
Just lay in bed an jabroni at yourself for not being able to sleep. You'll get there eventually.I find that trying to do something (even monotonous things like reading a boring book) keeps my mind active and focused, kind of the opposite of what I need. -Berserker-
I'm in my bed at least 1 or 2 hours trying to sleep, but after that, I can sleep up to 10 hours if i have the time. A problem I have is, when I have to wake-up early in the morning, i wake up each 1 or 2 hours and i think my clock awaked me. After some minutes, i look at the clock and say WTF? and i sleep again. Sometimes I look at the clock and for some reason i get the time wrong (something like the clock says 2:00am and i think it's 7:00).That's more annoying. I mean sleeping always seems to be over in a flinch after all.
Akira
Probably an obvious one, but do you often drink coffee, tea, energy drinks, or anything else with high caffeine content? Of course, if the answer's yes, then cutting back on those will definitely help you to sleep. If that's not the case, I find some mellow ambient music is good for drifting off too. DJ Krush and Omnio Trio are good calls.

Metal Lord
I suffer from sleepless nights every once in a while (two years ago I got it really bad) so I get up, get an allergy pill (that gets me sleepy) and lie on the other side of the bed with loads of pillows. =Win

(Wake at midday, sleep at 4am or something like that). I love being up at night, yet it's so lonely. I've been this way for about 4 years I guess. AsterikcAde
I used to have Insomnia but now I'm over it, now I can go to sleep for like up to 11 hours straight! Insomnia can be caused by lack of rest, mental stress, or over exerting your body when you're working out, I've found a way to stop my Insomnia and I hope you find a way too. Or else you might end up like Heath Ledger! O_O J/K

ragnarok1945
i hate sleeping you spend about 1/3 of your life sleeping you know. So if you live to be 96, that means you've slept for 32 years of your life (not counting when you dose off during homework) And I've had the same problem myself. Sometimes it can take me up to 4 hours before I fall asleep. Still working on how to fix this
