This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. This card can be Normal Summoned during your opponent's Main Phase 1 by Tributing 2 monsters you control. If you do, your opponent must conduct their Battle Phase immediately and attack with at least 1 monster. Your opponent can Chain up to 3 cards to this card's effect, regardless of Spell Speed. Increase the Spell Speed of all cards on your opponent's side of the field and in their hand by 1 until the end of the turn. Spell Speeds cannot exceed 3.
If your opponent does not have a Monster on the field at the time of this monsters summoning, your opponent may Chain a Normal Summon to this card. If they choose not to, the Battle Phase is not conducted, but they still gain the Spell Speed Increase until the end of the turn.

Forgive me, I normally place the credit in the Edition. And I had so much trouble with the OCG/Person to help, I kinda spaced out on that. So yeah...

As for the Spell Speed thing, I don't like basic discards/draws/life point gain etc, so I didn't use it. And got rather... Different. It's more personal taste, and that may make this card underpowered or overpowered... But at least it has a different flavor.

Meh. I just hate self-mortification. I'm on a crusade to end that sheet, so bear with me.

It's about time I give a proper rating. here it goes.

Let's start with the name. It is real actually good. Ethereal makes it seem mystic, and I think the Swordsmen cards were good, so it is setting the bar pretty high, but, it is a generalization, so the card should not be too powerful., We'll see where it takes us.

Now, how about the picture. I don't like it. At all. The colors are dull, there is very little contrast, the shapes are large and badly defined. The way the light seems to appear makes it even worse. I expected better from a card maker like you. This could be a newbs picture, for all I know.

Effect (Without OCG) is pretty good. It's very complicated. I don't fully understand it, but it seems useful enough. I won't elaborate here.

Finally other stats. Attribute seems correct, type seems correct. Needs a bit more power IMO.

That's pretty much it.

Name: 2/2

Picture: 1/3

Effect: 3/4

Other: 1/1

7/10

Je suis harsh

Contriadictory effect is contriadictory.

A Normal Summon during your opponent's turn is theoretically impossible.

Fix the OCG like this:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, Special Summoned or flipped face-up. This card can be NormalSpecial Summoned during your opponent's Main Phase 1 by Tributing 2 monsters you control.

Wow. Um, an interesting drawback at the end. Normal Traps become Counter Traps, Normal Spells become Quickplay Spells, talk about changing game mechanics.

A very interesting card indeed and by no means bad. If you don't want this card to be Special Summoned by a means outside its own Special Summon ability add this to the end:

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.
