Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Snake Egg Token" (Reptile-Type/WATER/1 Star/ATK 100/DEF 500) in Defense Position to your side of the field. If a Synchro Monster was used to Synchro Summon this card, decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field by 500 while this card remains face up on the field.

The pic isnt very good for a Yu-Gi-Oh card i think. Otherwise: i like teh effect and its well balanced so 8.7/10

Why would I need a longer effect? The length of an effect has no bearing on the usefulness of said effect.

I think you should created "Legendary Swamp" (or post if you already made it) because it is mentioned on Swamp Protecting Berserk and we can't judge if it would be overpowered if we don't know the strength of your "Legendary Swamp". Also are you going to do something special with those "Snake Egg Tokens"?
