New Subtype! Soul Monsters!

Soul Monster Rules:

Soul monsters CANNOT attack directly and monsters who select them as an attack target do no just get destroyed, the destroyed monster's ATK is subtracted from whatever mode the monster it is in. When Soul Monsters attack monsters they do not lose points. Soul monsters are destroyed when they reach 0 in both ATK and DEF. You can pay multiples of 500 points to have Soul Monsters gain ATK or, I repeat OR DEF, you can't choose both you can only activate this effect during your standby phase.

 

Soul Summon Rules:

Soul monster are wierd to summon, they have a new zone that only has 3 zones, so yup you guessed it only 3 Soul Monsters at a time. They're summoned by flipping a monster with a level equal to the Soul Monster in face up attack position. Those monster cannot be targeted and when the Soul Monster is destroyed they are NOT destroyed, they are flipped back to their original postion.

 

Soul Monster VS Soul Monster

When a Soul Monster battles another Soul Monster the Soul Monster who chose to attack is not destroyed unless the attacking Soul Monster's ATK is weaker, in which case the attacking Soul Monster is destroyed but the target Soul Monster loses ATK or DEF depending on which mode equal to the ATK of the attacking Soul Monster. You can only attack with 1 Soul Monster per turn, and if you attack with a Soul Monster you cannot attack with anything else, even normal monsters.
