If you want to go by what you are supposed to do? Read that list. You must attribute the original author. Also, if you use it in a derivative work, AKA yugioh card you must share your work under a similar licence.

 

Anytime you are using a creative commons license you must make clear the terms of the license. The couple times I have used this, I have just typed

Licensed for used by the following: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/

 

Keep in mind that if you are using one like this that says SHARE ALIKE you must also license your finished product under that license. Some will say NO DERIVATIVE WORKS meaning you cannot build upon it at all. If it says neither of these, just credit the author and link to the license.
