This card can only be Special Summoned when you have 1000 Life Points or less by removing from play all monsters you control, in your hand and in your Deck. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, decrease the ATK of this card by an amount equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x100. This card cannot attack your opponents Life Points directly. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, decrease the ATK of this card by an amount equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x100. That much.
